16th Annual Howl-o-Ween Costume Contest
Entry deadline: Users can submit their photos from Monday, Oct. 16, 2023, through Sunday, Oct. 29 at 11:59 pm. By submitting your photo, you agree to follow the terms and rules outlined below.
Who may enter: This contest is open to anyone that is enrolled at Downtown Doggy Daycare.
How to enter: Please send ONE photo along with a description of your pet in his/her costume to info@dmdoggy.com. The photos will be on our Facebook page for voting. The photo with the most likes will win this year's contest.
Rules: 1.) Please submit only one photo for the contest. 2.) Photographs must be in a .jpeg, .jpg or .gif format. 3.) By entering, entrant represents that: (i) entrant’s entry is its own original work; (ii) entrant owns or has the rights to convey any and all material submitted as part of entrant’s entry; (iii) entrant’s entry does not infringe upon any copyright, any rights of privacy or publicity of any person, or any other right of any third party.
Voting: Photos will be displayed on our Facebook page for voting. Voting will take place from Monday, Oct. 30, 2023 through Thursday, 11/2 at 11:59 pm. Winners will be announced on Friday, 11/3. To vote, we will have you "LIKE" your favorite costume, If you or someone that you know does not have a Facebook account, they can send ONE email to info@dmdoggy.com with their votes. The photo with the most likes wins. In the event of a tie, the staff at Downtown Doggy Daycare will vote to decide the winning photo.
Prizes: The winner will win a doggy basket of goodies and a gift certificate for a 5-day pass to Downtown Doggy Daycare. All entrants will receive a coupon for a free bath.
Release of Liability: This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, organized or administered by, or associated with Facebook. Each entrant is providing its respective entry information to Downtown Doggy Daycare and not Facebook. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Contest must be directed to the Downtown Doggy Daycare and not to Facebook. By entering, entrant releases Facebook from any and all liability and responsibility associated with the Contest.
